Click here to download an address label. Please add in your IBC invoice no issued at time of entry and how many packages your shipment includes.
Please Note: we can accept 330ml cans or bottles but please send 9 samples to accommodate the smaller volume of liquid. We can also accept larger volume bottles or mini kegs but we need a minimum of 4 samples for anything over 1 litre to ensure we have sufficient number of samples available for all stages of judging.
Entrants are responsible for any customs duty, taxes or other costs incurred on products entering the UK.
Entrants to the Design & Packaging awards should send an additional sample of the product. Please mark clearly on the specific bottle that would you like judged for Design & Packaging.
ALL SAMPLES MUST BE RECEIVED BY Friday 21st June 2017. Please note that the warehouse is open to receive samples from Tuesday 18th April 2017.
Please make sure your samples are labelled and sent as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) through your shipping agent. This is to ensure that samples do not get stuck for clearance at UK customs.
The IBC will do everything they can to assist in clearing products through customs but the final responsibility rests with the entrant to cover any related customs charges and also ensure that products are cleared through customs in time for the judging.
Our recommended shipper would be DHL.
